This week I took my scientific skills to Cogan's Deli and Sports Pub in Williamsburg, Virginia. Even though we're under these crazy COVID-19 rules, we still gotta get out there and support our small businesses. I took some of that stimulus money and tried their Panini Reuben. It was outstanding. Nice and hot right out of the box. I met the owner, Bill Cogan who was really nice. He and his two employees were doing the job that usually takes ten people. What I liked about this Reuben was that it stayed the hell together and it didn't end up all over the place. It passed the gentleman test which means it's not going to ruin your dress clothes. Why is this important? Cogan's is smack dab in the middle of commercial business area so they get a lot of business from other businesses. Nobody wants to go back to their job with pastrami and 1000 island stains and this Reuben will keep you safe from that.
